The CSPCA was founded at a special meeting held at the Imperial Hotel on 19th November 1870.The original premises was in Lower Oliver Plunkett Street next to the old Rank’s Mill. From 1936 to 2007 we were around the corner in Clontarf Street opposite the Bus Station and from September 2007 our new address has been CSPCA Link Road, Mahon, CorK
